MORE ABOUT THE JULIAN ALPS

The Julian Alps are the southeastern part of the Alps that stretch from Italy to Slovenia. The mountain range covers an area of about 4,400 km2 and is divided into two parts: the Western Julian Alps and the Eastern Julian Alps. The highest peak is Mount Triglav at an altitude of 2,864 m, which also makes it the highest peak in Slovenia. The white mountains with peaks covered in snow, the blue sky, the blossoming pastures and meadows with crystal clear lakes and rivers are the perfect spot for your holiday.
